The Jerome P. Kenney Scholarship Fund honors Jerry’s tremendous legacy by supporting students whose high academic potential might otherwise go unrealized. A private school with a public mission, Harlem Academy shapes tomorrow’s leaders by preparing them to think critically, approach problems with intellectual curiosity, and develop solutions guided by a strong moral compass – all attributes Jerry exemplified so well. As we aim to double the school’s enrollment, the fund establishes endowed scholarships, securing this educational opportunity for generations to come.
Created by his wife, Carol Kenney, the fund provides access to a transformational program featuring:
Rigorous academics
Character growth
Extended day
Secondary school placement support
Alumni support
Supporters will receive yearly updates and recognition in the school's annual report.
