When Tanéyah Jolly ’16 came to Harlem Academy in the fifth grade, she embraced our rigorous curriculum and pushed herself to excel. Her academic accomplishments were matched by her strong character. “Showing compassion for others and having the integrity to do so selflessly are both important values in my life,” she says. “Harlem Academy taught me that.”
Tanéyah just completed her freshman year at Princeton University – a hard-earned achievement. In the video below, she reflects on her past and present and shares plans for her future.
